Outreach

The Homewood Public Library loves reaching out to our community's daycare centers!

Each month outreach travels to various daycares offering stories, songs, games and sometimes a movie. During our Fall/Winter sessions we read stories from various authors. We started with books from Mother Goose, Marc Brown, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Laura Numeroff. The daycares that participated were; Alpha Campus, Homewood Park District’s-The Learning Tree, Stepping Stones, Homewood Children Center, Star Bright, God’s Little Academy, Learn As You Grow, Lots of Love and Bright Start.
