Outreach

The Homewood Public Library loves reaching out to our community's daycare centers!

Outreach storyhour has been created exclusively for the daycares in the Homewood and East Hazel Crest area.  Each session ranges from 30 to 45 minutes and includes stories, songs, fingerplays, sometimes games or a movie.  Our main objective is to promote children’s literature so that teachers and children will be encouraged to visit the library.
